Return Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If returned within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange or store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was in when you purchased it. It must be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. All sale items are final sales.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same Item, send us an email at [email protected] and mail the item to: studentsonlinesafety, Kutomotie 16, 00380, Helsinki, Finland. If local, you may return it to CB.

Gifts

If the item is the incorrect size and was a gift when purchased, you can exchange it or you can receive a store credit for the value of your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over €75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
